Worked in field and on desk as well, headed reporting team, wrote weekly columns, edited Sunday supplement, did special pages focused on art, culture, literature, photography & cultural-social issues. It was with the advent of new century, I got relocated to Allahabad as Editor, where I stayed for almost five years, published three of my books. Another book Kumbh: Diary of a Photographer was published when I was back to Bareilly Amar Ujala as Resident Editor in 2009 after working with Dainik Jagran at Aligarh & Meerut and Dainik Bhaskar at Chandigarh for a brief period.
